-2-3 tablespoon cold water
1-Mix the flour, salt and butter.
2-Pour water on the mixture and mix.

4-Sprinkle a little flour on a clean work surface. Then knead the pastry.
5-Warp the pastry in plastic food warp.Put the fridge 20 minutes for later make easier to roll the pastry.
6-put the pastry onto a floury surface.Roll over the pastry once, then turn it.roll the pastry again and again.
7- Roll the rolling pin over the tin. Then, cover the pastry case with plastic and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
8-Heat the oven to 200 C gas mark 6, 20-30 minutes.
BACON AND ONION QUICHE
-6 rashes of unsmoked bacon.
-1 tablespoon sunflower oil.
-100g cheddar cheese
-150ml of milk
1-Cut the rashers of bacon.
2-Peel the onion and cut then put on a frying pan.
3-Mix the onion and the bacon on a bowl .
4-Add the bacon and the onion to the pastry.
5-Then melt the cheese add milk and a little bit of black pepper.
6-Now add the cheese to the pastry.
7-Bake the quiche 20-30 minutes.
