PUMPKIN PIE BY SUA

INGREDIENTS

250g pastry  
125ml milk
150ml cream
120g brown sugar 
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs
500g pumpkin

HOW TO MAKE IT

First, cut the inside of the pumpkin.
Then, put the pumpkin with water in a saucepan. Cook and wait to evaporate a water. turn of and wait 15 minutes.
Next, beat the eggs. Put with the pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, milk and cream.
Finally, put the pastry in a pie dish. pour the pumpkin mixture. Cook for 40 minutes at 200ºC.
