             Fish and chips  

The people of England love fish and chips. There are many fish and chips shops where you buy them hot. Here is our version of fish and chips.It´s still good.
    


                   Ingredients
4 fish fillets 
Breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
2 eggs
Vegetable-oil

Method:

1  First,  put the breadcrumbs,  salt and pepper in a bowl.

2 Then, beat the eggs in a different bowl.

3 After that, dip the fish  into the eggs . Then,  dip them into the breadcrumbs.

4 Finally, heat the vegetable oil and fry the fish  fillets for 10 minutes. Serve with chips. Enjoy!
