CHRISTMAS BISCUITS
INGREDIENTS:
-280 g of butter
-150 g of sugar
-250 g of flour
-160 g of ground almonds
-125 g of ground hazelnuts
-1 teaspoon of ground
-cinnamon
-2/3 raspberry jam
METHOD:
Fist, beat the butter, sugar, flour, ground nuts and cinnamon.
Next, roll the dough into a ball and cover it with cellophane. Then, put it in the fringe for one hour.
After that, roll out the dough.Cut into tree shapes. With a straw make 5 holes in the biscuits.
Then, put on a baking tray. Bake at 350 Âș C for 10 minutes.
Finally, make jam sandwiches with the biscuits.
