Guacamole by Martin



For two people:

  • 1 big avocado 
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • corn crisps


First, cut the avocado in two. Remove the flesh with a teaspoon..

Next, in a bowl, mash the flesh with a fork, add salt and pepper.

Later, add the olive oil. Mix well.

After that, add some juice from the lemon.

Finally, put it in the refrigerator. Serve it with corn crisps.
