130 g butter at room temperature
125 g caster sugar
125 g self raising flour
2 tablespoons of milk


First, cream the butter and the sugar.Add the eggs ,one at the time.
Then, mix the butter and gradually add the flour.Keep mixing and add the milk ,but don´t over mix!
Next, fill the  blender using a piping bag. Close the lid and wait for a few minutes.
Finally , the doughnut are done when they look like nice roundballs.Put them ona cooling rack.When they get cold , we can decorate them .
