Ingredients:
225g raising flour
A pinch of salt
55g butter
55g caster sugar
150ml milk
Oven temperature 225ºC gas mark 7
Method:
First, turn on the oven and sift the flour in a bowl. Add the salt.
Then, cut the butter into cubes and rub it into flour your fingers.
After, stir in the sugar and then add the milk.
Next, make a big ball and then roll the ball.
After, make holes with a cup.
Afther that, cut the circles.
And finally bake the scones 12- 15 minutes.
AND FINALLY EAT IT! MMMMM....YUMMYYYY!!!
