Shakira
Her name is Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll. She is 45 years old and she was born in Barraquila, Colombia. She is Colombian and she is a song-writer and singer.
Her friends called her "Shaki" but her real name is Shakira.
When she has 7 years old she got a type-writer as a Christmas present and she wrote songs and poems with it.
She decided to be a singer when she was 10 years old. Her first album´s name is Magia, in Spanish.
She can speak 3 lenguages: Spanish, Portugese and English. Her songs are in English and Spanish.
She writes her songs and sings them. She plays the guitar, the drums and the armonica and she loves dancing.
She created "Pies Descalzos"foudation to help Colombian children.
