Chocolate cupcakes by Ane F

(For 8 people-Time:30 minutes-Cooking time:20 minutes)

                                                   
                                       INGREDIENTS

-200 grammes  flour

-125 grammes  butter

-50 grammes brown sugar

-2 eggs

-150 millilitres milk

-100 grammes chocolate powder with chocolate chips

-1 sachet of baking  powder

                                                                             PREPARATION

 First, cut the butter into cubes and let soften at room temperature for 20 minutes. With the help of a whisk, beat butter with sugar until it's creamy.

Next, beat three eggs with a whisk until it's frothy.Mix  it  with the butter and  continue beating.

 

Then, add  sifted flour with baking powder and add milk mixed with chocolate pòwder with chocolate chips Mix everything until you get homogeneous dough. 

Finally,preheat the oven at 190º. Fill in the muffin cups with the dough. Bake at 190º for 20 minutes. Let cool before serving.
