Ingredients:
·240g flour.
·2 teaspoons of baking powder.
·1 teaspoon of mixed spice.
·120g of butter.
·120g of sugar.
·180g of raisins and candied peel.
·4-5 tablespoon of orange juice..
Method:
First, grease a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 210ºC.
Next, mix the flour, the baking powder and the mixed spice. Rub in the butter.
Later, add the sugar, the raisins, the candied peel and the orange juice.
After that. shape the mixture in to small heaps. Put them on the baking tray. Sprinkle them with sugar.
Finally, enjoy it!!!!!!!!
