fish and chips by iñigo



Ingredients

-4 fish fillets
-breadcrumbs
-salt and pepper
-2 eggs
-vegetable oil

method

First, put the breadcrumbs,salt and pepper in a bowl 

Next, beat the eggs in a different bowl 

Later, dip the fish fillets into the eggs .Then dip then into breadcrumbs 

Finally, heat vegetable oil . Fry the fish fillets for 10 minuets. Serve with chips.
