Pancakes by Ander Etxezarraga

300g flour
1\2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
500 millilitres
maple syrup
First, mix the flour, salt, eggs and milk. Heat some butter in a frying pan.
Then, put some of the mixture into the frying pan with small ladle.
After, turn the pancakes when you see small bubbles.
Finally, serve with butter and maple syrup.
