Nutty brown bread ice cream by Alessio

Ingredients:

100g fresh brown bread crumbs
100g brown sugar
600ml double cream
100g walnuts, chopped

Method:

First, cover the oven dish with tinfoil brush with oil.
Next, sprinkle the breadcrumbs and brown sugar on the oven dish.Grill for 5 minutes.
Later, leave the breadcrumbs and brown sugar to cool.
After that, in a bowl, fold in the breadcrumbs, brown sugar and walnuts into the double cream..
Finally, pour into a plastic container and freeze for 12 hours.
